Welcome to NanoClean Laundry Valet (“we,” “us,” “our”). NanoClean, LLC., a Texas LLC, provides laundry delivery services under the business name NanoClean Laundry Valet. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
- Service Overview
NanoClean Laundry Valet offers laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services through our website and mobile application (“Services”).
- Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your laundry items.
- Ensure that your laundry items do not contain any hazardous, dangerous, or prohibited materials.
- Follow all instructions provided for the use of our Services.
- Only include items that are machine-wash and machine-dry appropriate; items will be washed and dried on medium heat unless otherwise stated.
- Service Providers
NanoClean may employ either employees or contractors to perform our Services.
- Pickup and Delivery
- Scheduling: Pickup and delivery times are estimated and may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled times, but we do not guarantee service by a specific time.
- Location: NanoClean reserves the right to launder orders at any location of our choosing.
- Unfit Items: We reserve the right to refuse to wash any items we deem unfit, at our sole discretion.
- Unattended Pickup & Delivery: If you request or permit unattended pickup or delivery (e.g., leaving your laundry bag on the porch or with a doorman), you do so at your own risk. NanoClean is not liable for bags or items that cannot be found or are stolen before we pick them up or after they have been delivered.
- Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust our pricing. Customers affected by any pricing changes will be notified in advance.
- Payment: Payment for Services must be made at the time of placing the order or upon delivery, as applicable. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of Services.
- Images and Quality Control
- Images: We may take images of your clothing for quality control purposes and other internal uses.
- Quality Control: We use images and other quality control measures to ensure that the correct items are returned to you and that our Services meet high standards.
- Loss or Damage
- Non-Wash Items: NanoClean is not responsible if you include non-washable or dry-clean-only items in your order and such items become damaged during the washing or drying process.
- Reasonable Wear and Tear: NanoClean is not liable for normal wear and tear or reasonable deterioration of clothing, including color fading, shrinkage, stretching, small rips, loose buttons, or other damage arising from standard washing and drying procedures.
- Customer Negligence: We are not responsible for any items (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics, or other valuables) left in pockets or in bags. Please check your items thoroughly before pickup.
- NanoClean’ Additional Limitations of Liability
- Stolen or Missing Bags: NanoClean is not liable for any bags that cannot be found or are stolen at the pickup or drop-off location if you choose unattended services or provide inaccurate address or drop-off instructions.
- Service Delays: We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated pickup and delivery times but shall not be liable for any delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall NanoClean be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Cap on Damages: Where permissible by law, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the cost charged for the relevant order or the monetary limits stated under our insurance policy, whichever is lower.
- Customer Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NanoClean, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of our Services, including negligent or wrongful conduct.
- Your violation of any portion of these Terms of Service, any representation, warranty, or applicable law or regulation.
- Your inclusion of any hazardous or prohibited items, or non-wash items, in your laundry order that result in damage or injury to property or persons.
- Force Majeure
NanoClean shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure or delay is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. Our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of any such event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume Services as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.
- Changes to Services and Terms
NanoClean reserves the right to modify or discontinue our Services, and to amend these Terms of Service, at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to the Terms of Service by posting the new terms on our website and updating the effective date.
- Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
- SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from NanoClean Laundry Valet. Message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of messages may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or HELP to any SMS message. Your mobile phone number and personal information will not be sold or distributed to third parties. - Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
- Class Action Waiver: All arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis. You and NanoClean agree that each may bring claims against the other in arbitration only in your or their individual capacities, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
- Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to arbitration, both you and NanoClean waive the right to a jury trial or to have any dispute heard in court, except as otherwise provided by law.
- Time Limitation on Claims: Any dispute or claim under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or such claim will be deemed waived.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of our Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- No Warranties
Except where prohibited by law, NanoClean provides the Services “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoClean disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any of your items will not experience minor wear or color variations inherent to the laundering process.
- Unclaimed Items
If you fail to accept delivery or fail to retrieve your items within 30 days of notification by NanoClean (or as otherwise arranged), the items may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or donate abandoned items at our sole discretion, and you release NanoClean from any liability for doing so.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NanoClean concerning the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.

Our standard plans and offerings are outlined below:
Value Plan: $110 /month
This plan includes 2 pickups per month, with unlimited weight of laundry included in each pickup. Each pickup of this plan includes 1 standard sized laundry bag, 1 standard size washer, and 1 standard size dryer. If you need more pickups, no worries — it’s just $55 per extra pickup.
Most Popular Plan: $200 /month
Designed for busy professionals or couples that generate more laundry and need more frequent pickups. This plan includes 4 pickups per month, with unlimited weight of laundry included in each pickup. Each pickup of this plan includes 1 standard sized laundry bag, 1 standard size washer, and 1 standard size dryer. If you need more pickups, no worries — it’s just $50 per extra pickup.
Family Plan: $270 /month
Designed for families or a full household that generate more laundry and need more frequent pickups. This plan includes 6 pickups per month, with unlimited weight of laundry included in each pickup. Each pickup of this plan includes 1 standard sized laundry bag, 1 standard size washer, and 1 standard size dryer. If you need more pickups, no worries — it’s just $45 per extra pickup.
A Quick Note on Additional Charges
We like to keep things simple and transparent — but sometimes, a little extra is needed to handle those bulkier items. Here’s what to keep in mind:
Pillows/Bathmats Charges
These items need their own washing and drying machines and are charged at $10 per item to ensure they get the care they need.
Blanket/Comforter/Duvet/Mattresspad/Dogbed Charge
These items need their own washing and drying machines and are charged at $20 per item to ensure they get the care they need.
